As a Licence Manager, you will be responsible for managing and tracking software licences within the Volkswagen Group. Your activities include central licence management, monitoring the licence volume and the allocation of licences, taking cost optimisation into account. The aim is to avoid legal consequences due to under-licensing as well as additional expenditure due to over-licensing. 

Possible tasks of this role 

• Supporting the ongoing operation of IT licence management for the Group in the SAP area 

• Independent administration and coordination of the licence portfolio and preparation of licence overviews 

• Analysis and optimisation of processes and systems in licence management 

• Checking the content of licence keys, monitoring and documentation in collaboration with technical support 

• Processing and managing licence agreements with an interface function between purchasing, customers and suppliers 

• Preparation of cost calculations and internal billing of licence and cloud volumes

• Relevant experience in process analysis and optimisation

• Very good knowledge of MS Office
